Why I started LR/AI
Turn individual improvements into business capabilities.
Working with companies of different sizes, I've repeatedly seen the same opportunity: talented people doing good work, but operating within processes and systems that limit what they can accomplish.
AI creates new possibilities, but the greatest value often comes from connecting individual improvements into capabilities the entire business can use, measure, and improve.
Having helped organizations establish shared cloud practices, security standards, and adoption programs, I see a similar opportunity with AI: connect useful work, establish appropriate data access and risk controls, and make successful approaches measurable and reusable.
I started LR/AI to bring that combination of business experience, technical expertise, and practical execution directly to companies ready to move forward.
